About the Role
As a Senior Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals. This role involves managing multiple process development projects or core technologies that primarily support the Active Implantable Systems (AIS) Process Development team.

Responsibilities
* Manage and lead multiple process development projects or core technologies by overseeing PD teams and/or being a core team member for the AIS Process Development team.

You will effectively manage functional deliverables associated with PDP/TDP projects, such as PFMEA, capability analysis, DOE, root cause analysis, scrap analysis, Design Capability Matrix and COGS etc.

This position requires collaboration with other engineering managers and technical experts to resolve complex issues related to product introduction in Business Improvement goals.

You will also prioritize department project execution while ensuring coordination of all activities related to new product development through partnerships between relevant operational groups and R&D sections.
