Revenue Manager
We are seeking a commercially driven Revenue Manager to join the leadership team of a prestigious luxury hotel.
About the Role:
* Analyse market trends and manage pricing and inventory to drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate closely with sales, reservations, and senior management teams to maximise profitability while maintaining property reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimise room, F&B, and event revenues.
2. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand forecasts to inform pricing decisions.
3. Manage inventory, pricing, and distribution channels to achieve yield optimisation.
4. Produce accurate revenue reports and forecasts for senior management review.
5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive business performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel.
* Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic skills.
* Proficiency with revenue management systems, PMS, and channel managers.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities.
* A results-driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality.
