Deputy Chief Pilot, Flight Safety
A leading aerospace organization seeks an experienced Deputy Chief Pilot to manage pilots and flight operations while interacting with various stakeholders.
This role requires a minimum of 5,000 hours of flight experience, an FAA ATP certification, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will also need experience in flying transport category aircraft and familiarity with aviation safety training.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily pilot activities including scheduling flights, assigning crew members to missions and tracking their performance. They must have excellent leadership skills to effectively coordinate team efforts towards safe completion of all scheduled tasks.
