This opportunity involves managing all wedding and event enquiries from initial contact to post-event follow-up, conducting venue show-arounds and client meetings, preparing detailed proposals, function sheets, and event contracts, and coordinating with internal departments for seamless event delivery.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, venues, and external partners.
* Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders as required.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar events, wedding, or sales coordination role in a hotel or venue setting. They must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
