As an Operations Executive on behalf of Vodafone Business, you will live the CPM DNA of, We Care, We're Curious and We Achieve Together,and you will support your Team by example through your passion and commitment to the role.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth delivery across the Vodafone account.
· Maintain accurate records and process data efficiently using CRM and data entry systems.
· Support internal teams with reporting and analysis using Excel.
· Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with operational standards and timelines.
· Assist in telecoms processing and troubleshooting where required.
· Attention to detail and problem solving
· Enjoy speaking to our customers to ensure they receive excellent service always
Required Skills & Experience:
· Proficient in Excel, CRM platforms, and data entry systems.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Telecoms processing experience is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
