About
Chef Manager at Whitegate Oil Refinery, Co. Cork.
Responsibilities
* Cook mouth-watering menu items with a passion for perfection.
* Ensure food hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained in line with Sodexo policy and procedure.
* Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture and bring ideas to the table and cook new techniques.
* Manage daily cash and invoice trading, month‑end reconciliation, menu planning, orders and stock‑takes.
What we're looking for
* Professional cookery or culinary qualifications.
* Proven experience as a Chef in a high‑volume setting and managing a small catering team; experience with Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks, and strong financial acumen.
