In this role, you will:
* Design and lead a variety of engaging fitness classes, catering to different experience levels and interests.
* Build rapport with guests, assess their fitness goals, and provide personalised guidance.
* Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the fitness center, promoting healthy habits.
* Maintain a clean and well-equipped fitness area.
* Stay up-to-date on fitness trends and implement new programs.
You are a perfect fit if you:
* Hold a recognised fitness instructor certification.
* Hold a Pilates Certification
* Hold a life guard Certification
* Have experience leading group fitness classes.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Are enthusiastic, patient, and able to motivate individuals.
* Are a team player with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
* Available to work approx 30hours a week accross weekdays/weekends
