**Responsibilities**
* Answer calls, schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
* Navigate systems to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
* Schedule appointments efficiently, minimizing drive time.
* Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs using active listening.
* Maintain accurate customer data and reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
* Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
