Due to the continued success of the business, especially within the commercial division, the company are now seeking a Senior Commercial Energy Consultant to join the commercial sales team and cover the Munster region. Large solar PV and battery systems (100kWh+) will constitute the majority of sales in this role.
This commercially focussed senior position forms a key part of the broader sales team and you
will be responsible for generating, and closing new business within the commercial sector,
managing complex, high-value projects from lead through to contract signing. This role is suited to a motivated, results-driven commercial sales professional who thrives in a performance-based, commission-led environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritise, manage, and engage with high-potential sales leads in the commercial sector.

• Plan, schedule and conduct comprehensive site surveys with prospective clients.

• Facilitate in-depth technical discussions with customers to fully understand their
requirements and propose suitable designs.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure a seamless and detailed handover is
achieved when each order is placed.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted business
development initiatives.

• Maintain and manage your sales pipeline, providing timely reports when required.

• Stay informed about product developments and industry trends

• Keep customers continuously updated on product modifications, technological
advancements, subsidies, and grid connection changes.
