Commercial Bid Specialist
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-known manufacturing company seeking an experienced bid specialist.
* Oversee proposal processes in all phases, ensuring timely delivery and high accuracy levels.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to create clear client proposal packs using their knowledge of quotation letters, presentations, and tender documents. Additionally they must have strong technical skills and attention to detail when uploading information on online portals.
The role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across various departments while working diligently under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills are essential as this person will engage regularly with various individuals internally to ensure relevant customer requirements are accurately captured during the preparation phase before submitting a comprehensive bid package.
A minimum of HND/NVQ L5 level or equivalent business-related qualification along with experience in writing bids/quotation preparation makes them ideal candidates.
