Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision.
* Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade, ensuring performance, productivity, and development.
* Maintain presentation and quality standards across all food service points.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Culinary degree or relevant professional training.
* Minimum 5 years experience in high-volume or fine dining kitchens.
* At least 2 years in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role.
* Previous hotel kitchen experience is highly desirable.
