We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven inside sales outbound agents to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and converting pre-qualified leads, generating new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics to sell additional products and encourage reorders of existing products.
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound sales calls to customers, with the goal of selling additional products and encouraging reorders of existing products.
* Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitch accordingly.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales calls and customer interactions.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
* Collaborate with other team members to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
* Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center and sales targets, while providing a great experience to the client/caller.
* Continuously learn about new products or services to stay up-to-date and be able to effectively sell them.
Requirements:
* 1 year experience in selling supplements or related products.
* At least 1 - 2 years of outbound sales call center experience.
* Proven sales experience (Any certificates received from previous company).
* Experience in upselling to existing customers is preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Customer-service oriented attitude.
* Perseverance and sales endurance.
* Proficiency with computer and phone systems.
* Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
