Senior Project Engineer – Pharma/Industrial Projects
Location: Longford (accommodation available if required)
Salary: DOE, circa €75,000 – €85,000 + vehicle

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineerto join their team and lead the delivery of complex pharma and industrial projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards, from early design through to final fit-out, while managing client relationships and ensuring full compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all engineering aspects of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications, project schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate design development and ensure integration of all disciplines.
* Ensure compliance with BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) and all quality assurance processes.
* Oversee fit-out works, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to client requirements.
* Liaise directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain effective communication and foster strong relationships.
* Drive quality standards and ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
* Provide technical support, guidance, and mentoring to junior engineers.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
* Proven track record in delivering large-scale pharma and/or industrial projects.
* Strong knowledge of BCAR and quality management systems.
* Experience in design coordination and fit-out delivery.
* Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships professionally and effectively.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Full, clean driver’s licence.
