The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Client Solutions Manager to join a high-performing advertising sales team supporting French-speaking clients across the EMEA region.
This position sits within a commercially focused client-facing team responsible for helping advertisers maximise business growth through digital advertising solutions, AI-powered products and strategic account development.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 40 established clients, building trusted relationships while driving revenue growth, product adoption and long-term business success.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in digital advertising, performance marketing, agency account management or advertising platform sales who enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly consultative environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 40 advertiser accounts
Build strategic relationships with decision‑makers and marketing stakeholders
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
Drive revenue growth across assigned accounts
Increase adoption of advertising products and solutions
Promote WhatsApp and emerging AI-powered advertising products
Deliver strategic recommendations based on campaign performance data
Conduct regular client consultations and business reviews
Manage a high volume of client interactions and engagement activities
Collaborate with internal sales, product and operations teams
Maintain pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools
Utilise AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and client outcomes
Requirements
Fluent French and English
5+ years' experience in digital advertising, advertising sales, account management or client solutions
Strong commercial and revenue-growth mindset
Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships
Strong understanding of online advertising ecosystems
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic, Native Advertising or similar platforms
Ability to interpret performance data and provide strategic recommendations
Experience driving product adoption and client engagement
Comfortable operating within fast-paced, target-driven environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly Desirable
Experience working at Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn or similar advertising platforms
Experience supporting French market advertisers
AI tool adoption, prompting or workflow automation experience
