What Youll Do Engage with customers door-to-door and at events Present well-known charity brands Deliver confident face-to-face sales pitches Hit daily/weekly sales targets Work closely with your team and attend coaching sessions What We Offer Guaranteed base salary of €600/week (first 4 weeks) Base salary of €700/week once training is completed Uncapped commission + bonuses Fuel/Public transport allowance: €60/week OTE: €45,000€50,000+ per year 28 days paid holidays Paid training + career progression: Fundraiser ? Manager Monday Friday, 10:3018:30 (no overnight travel) What Were Looking For Previous experience in door-to-door (required) Confident, outgoing communicators Sales-driven, motivated, resilient Comfortable working outdoors & meeting new people Eligible to work in Ireland Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing impact.
Job requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about supporting and advocating for important causes.
Previous experience in fundraising, sales, retail or marketing is a plus.
