Business Development Specialist
Coder is hiring a Business Development Specialist to support our growing EMEA customer base. You will partner with Account Executives, guide Fortune 500 pilots, and ensure smooth production rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish technical relationships with prospects through pre-sales, efficiently managing the sales process towards a technical win.
2. Demonstrate Coder platform capabilities from both developer and administrator personas.
3. Install Coder on cloud and on-prem Kubernetes or VM infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration.
4. Run proof-of-concepts that showcase Coder's value and accelerate deals, driving business growth.
5. Develop into a subject-matter expert on Cloud Development Environments and their strategic impact.
6. Act as the customer's voice, routing valuable insights to Engineering and Product teams.
7. Log feature requests and issues in our public/private Git repositories, facilitating collaboration.
8. Troubleshoot Coder deployments, networking, and Kubernetes components, resolving complex issues.
9. Contribute meaningful pull requests to Coder's documentation, enhancing user experience.
10. Provide post-sales support when needed, delivering exceptional customer service.
