Since opening our first store in 2010, we've grown steadily thanks to our dedicated team and loyal customers. Now, we're looking for a skilled and motivated repair technician to join our Limerick team, 30 hours per week, and help continue that success.
About the Role
You'll bring hands-on experience repairing smartphones and tablets, along with great customer service skills in a busy retail environment. As part of a small, supportive team, you'll also have the independence to take initiative and deliver excellent results.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience repairing mobile phones and tablets
* Comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Professional, reliable, and personable
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting devices
* Carrying out quick, accurate repairs on:
* Apple smartphones
* Android smartphones
* iPads & tablets
* Laptops (an advantage)
* Managing customer queries and delivering excellent service
* Supporting accessory and product sales
