What You'll Do:
* Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with clients across Ireland and Europe
* Lead client engagements, negotiate terms, and close deals
* Manage accounts using a "land & expand" approach
* Build long-term relationships with pharmaceutical, medical devices, and industrial clients
* Participate in a structured Business Development training program
* Achieve and exceed business development targets
