Job Title: People Operations Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead our HR function. As a key member of the team, you will drive consistency, compliance, and engagement across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and communication.
2. HR Operations: Oversee HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, leavers, and employee documentation. Ensure accurate data and efficient workflows in our HR system.
3. Recruitment & Talent: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring a consistent, professional, and compliant approach. Support innovative recruitment campaigns.
4. Training & Development: Oversee company-wide training compliance, including ISO standards and legislative requirements. Identify training needs and maintain relevant content.
Requirements
* A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
* Approachable and confident advising managers at all levels.
