Interacting with our customers and providing amazing customer service experiences which help make Harvey Norman a great place to shop. This is a white glove in home delivery/installation operation.YOUR JOB Your Tasks Will IncludeAssist with loading and unloading delivery vans, safely.Assist with delivery of appliances direct from our warehouses or stores to our customers homes.Calling Harvey Norman Customers in advance of delivery to confirm estimated time of arrivalAssisting with installation of appliances and or furniture assembliesRemoval of old products and packagingAnswering all phone calls/queries regarding deliveries from our Customer Delivery OfficeCare of Proof of Delivery paperworkKeeping the delivery van clean and tidy at all timesBe an ambassador for the Harvey Norman brand and install & assembly/delivery service.Adherence to the companies Policies and Procedures at all times.Perform other related duties as required.YOUR PROFILE Your Knowledge, Skills And Experience IncludeExperience and QualificationsExcellent Communication SkillsWell-organised and adept at problem-solvingFlexible and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers expectations are exceeded.Excellent telephone skillsCustomer Orientated Be respectful to customers as the highest priority of the business.Hardworking, Conscientious, & Self Motivated Possessing a high degree of self confidence and maturity.
