R&D Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned R&D engineering professional to lead our team in executing critical development projects.

Key Responsibilities
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in the medical device industry, with expertise in catheter technology.
* Possess a Level 8 Degree in Engineering or a related field, accompanied by at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
* Proven track record of successful people management, including performance reviews, recruiting, and career development.
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong program management skills are highly desirable.
