Job Title: Business Operations Leader
This role is a pivotal one in the growth and development of our Equipment Hire/Sale & Service division. We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the charge in driving business expansion, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring efficient operations.
1. Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to attract new clients while retaining existing ones.
2. Operations Management: Oversee equipment hire, sale, and service operations, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
3. Budget and Performance Oversight: Monitor and report weekly department output against targets.
4. Stock and Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels and implement systems for managing training equipment.
5. Team Management: Supervise and support direct reports, including Service Technicians, Administrators, and Sales Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in operations or department management.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen.
* Ability to monitor budgets and track performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Familiarity with stock control and inventory systems.
