Senior Project Lead
This position offers the opportunity to take on a leadership role in overseeing multiple capital and expense construction projects. As Senior Project Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and compliant delivery of these projects across various facilities.
About The Role
1. To successfully manage all construction activities across assigned projects, guaranteeing safe execution while adhering to scope, design intent, and regulatory requirements.
2. Develop and implement effective construction methodologies including site logistics, contractor mobilisation sequencing and readiness activities that ensure efficient project execution.
3. Maintain complete accountability for construction safety performance aligning with Irish legislation corporate EHS standards Good Engineering Practices - leading by example."
4. Create Construction Stage Safety Health Plans consistent with Irish Construction Regulations incorporating regular site walks toolbox talks demonstrating proactive commitment to health safety at workplace.
