Due to increased amount of workload, we are recruiting for a Transport Admin Clerk to Join Our Team.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
-previous transport experience
-good geographic knowledge around Ireland
-excellent customer service and communication skills
-proficient skills in computers (emails / transport systems)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Dealing with queries from drivers.
Dealing with customers and resolving any queries.
Provide assistance to senior staff in ad hoc duties.
Complete office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Carrying out clerical duties such as managing phone calls and correspondence
General transport and compliance administrative duties as required
Ongoing rescheduling of loads and routes.
Assisting with the co-ordination of a team that delivers throughout Ireland
General Administration.
Document management / POD Managing
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year as Transport Admin with an established transport/logistics provider with a proven ability to solve logistical issues to the customers satisfaction. Preferred but not essential.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Computer literate (MS Office) – ability to communicate clearly and concisely by email (Outlook),
Experience with Transport Planning Software, preferred but not essential
Be able to work in a pressurized team environment
Fluency in spoken and written English
Ability to make quick decisions
Salary depending on Experience - will be discussed at an Interview.
