Job Overview
Working for Paragon's Client partner, a well-established Law Firm, as a Corporate Services Coordinator you will work collaboratively with our clients to deliver the future of agile, connected and high performing workplace. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless access to a range of services such as Records Management and Distribution Services. Your role will be to support with development that brings automation, productivity and efficiency to business processes.
Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm
6 month FTC (with possible extension)
Key Responsibilities
* To be responsible for providing operational support in any service area as and when required. Services will include Mail, Couriers, Meeting Room set ups, Goods in, Records and admin.
* To be flexible to work in any service area as required, rota and on an adhoc basis
* Responsible for keeping up to date and trained in all areas
* To ensure that relevant Service Levels are met
* Responsible in ensuring accuracy when recording any data or financial information whether electronically or by hard copy
* Responsible in ensuring a high level of customer service is demonstrated and adhered to in all dealings with clients
* To work and engage with client demonstrating a positive and professional can do attitude
* To support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients
* Responsible for tracking own activity and report on daily
* Responsible for complying with health and safety and site operational procedures
* Adhoc tasks as requested by Management
Skills and Attributes we are looking for
* Experience in Couriers/Mailroom/Porterage/Logistics/Goods Is desired
* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proactive approach to work with an eye for detail
* Problem solving skills
* Positive and professional with a solution-orientated manner at all times
* Strong IT skills, competent in Microsoft office applications to intermediate level
* Confident and professional approach with a can-do attitude and solution orientated
* Ability to learn quickly
