Excellent opportunity for an Operations Process Lead to join a Medical Devices Leader in the northwest of Ireland. The Laboratory Process Leader manages a team of Operators to ensure safe, compliant production of products meeting customer needs. Reporting to the Manufacturing Shift Lead, they oversee daily lab operations for diagnostics and medical device production, emphasizing team guidance, continuous improvement, and efficiency.

1. Ensure Laboratory schedule adherence.
2. Manage daily tasks of Laboratory operators.
3. Maintain compliance with Policies, Procedures, and contribute to Work Instructions.
4. Resolve test equipment issues for quality and production goals.
5. Coordinate Planned and Unplanned Maintenance for lab equipment.
6. Address Planned and Unplanned Excursions in the laboratory.
7. Contribute to Quality Reports.
8. Conduct Performance Excellence Assessments and Development Plans for Continuous Improvement.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
9. 3rd level qualification in Science and a minimum of 2 year's experience people leading.
