The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining compliance, and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, including temporary and emergency staffing.
* Liaise with multiple agencies to ensure timely onboarding and resourcing.
* Support HR/OD Business Partners in delivering recruitment aligned with the organisation's Workforce Plan.
* Ensure recruitment activities are professional, timely, and compliant with legislation and organisational values.
* Prepare and format job descriptions and application forms; manage advertising and candidate queries.
* Screen applications, prepare shortlists, and coordinate interview scheduling and documentation.
* Communicate outcomes to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.

* Adaptable and detail-focused professional with experience in recruitment coordination, ideally in a public sector or high-volume environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage operational processes and ensure seamless workflow.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
