Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Manager The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading production floor teams in a busy workshop or factory environment. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position focused on driving quality, efficiency and productivity across the production floor. * Plan and organize daily and weekly production to meet delivery schedules * Maintain safe, tidy and well-organized work areas * Daily management of manufacturing operations including machining, assembly and dispatch functions * Budgeting for raw materials inventory including optimization initiatives which may include continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma certification; could be advantageous however not required. ----------------------------------- Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Key Performance Indicators)
