Tender Operations Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive database of identified, tendered, quoted, and won/lost opportunities. This includes monitoring e-tenders sites, coordinating with contracts managers and sales teams to evaluate suitable opportunities, and assisting in the preparation and submission of tenders and framework submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and monitor potential business opportunities through E-tenders site research.
2. Evaluate and pursue opportunities in conjunction with contracts managers and sales teams.
3. Maintain accurate records of identified, tendered, quoted, and won/lost opportunities.
4. Support contracts managers with tender and framework submissions, ensuring timely and accurate document preparation.
5. Compile sales proposals and documentation to assist sales teams.
6. Track and report on tender outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
