Clean Service Operations Leader
Main Responsibilities:
‣ Deliver site-level cleaning services ensuring compliance with GMP and non-GMP standards.
‣ Foster high-performing teams of cleaning professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive excellence.
‣ Establish strong partnerships with Pfizer stakeholders to meet operational targets consistently.
‣ Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs while prioritizing client satisfaction.. ----------------------------------- Mandatory Qualifications:
