MIS Reporting Analyst – Transfer Agency – JP Morgan – Dublin – 9 months contract – ONSITE – PAYEWe're seeking an experienced MIS Reporting Analyst to join JP Morgan's Transfer Agency team in Dublin on an initial 9 months contract to cover a maternity leave. You should have excellent excel reporting skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Alteryx, Tableau and PowerBI are helpful but can be trained.Role DescriptionReporting to the VP of Transfer Agency Onboarding and Analytics, the MIS Reporting Analyst will be a key member of the MIS function within the Transfer Agency (TA) team.This role sits alongside the Onboarding and Regulatory Reporting teams, with some functional crossover.The MIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the production of both internal and external MIS, focusing on volume and value-based metrics for TA dealing activities. The role involves significant reconciliation and aggregation of data from multiple sources and platforms, often requiring the mapping and alignment of different codes and formats.The MIS Reporting Analyst will also respond to ad hoc data requests from senior stakeholders and clients, and support the production of client scorecards and board-level reporting.The ideal candidate will have experience in TA, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau is highly advantageous.
