Job Description Key Responsibilities: * To prepare detailed estimates for projects, analyzing costs and pricing in accordance with tender requirements. * To negotiate and settle tender prices as needed, ensuring alignment with project specifications. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for the entire tender submission process. You will work closely with project designers to identify deliverables required from them. Your role also involves evaluating supplier quotations, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using estimating software (CCS Candy), and contributing to the project risk register. Requirements: Skills & Qualifications A degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Construction Management or similar is essential. A minimum of 7 years' construction experience is necessary, including site experience on various projects. Experience working with public sector clients and private sector clients is highly valued. Proven successful estimating experience in civil engineering, along with expertise in reviewing ITT technical & commercial documentation are crucial skills for this position. Candidate Requirements
