Senior Homecare Manager Job
Care and support the well-being of individuals in a family home setting as a Senior Homecare Manager.
* Supervise a team of care professionals, providing guidance and oversight to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Implement policies, procedures, and protocols related to staff supervision, training, appraisal, budgeting, health and safety, and rostering of care staff.
* Manage operational aspects, ensuring the smooth running of the establishment and delivering high-quality services within available resources.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, promoting teamwork and communication among staff members.
For this role, you will require:
* A minimum level 7 qualification in Applied Social Care or a relevant field.
* Extensive knowledge of social care principles, practice, and management theories.
* At least three years of experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in a homecare setting.
* A full driving license is essential for this role.
