* We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our network engineering support team, you will provide technical support to our customers within designated service level agreements and timeframes.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting networking issues reported by clients, liaising with customers to understand their network requirements, providing reports, recommendations, and technical details. You will also be involved in on-site installation work, including projects from time to time, and providing technical support by analyzing complex customer issues, identifying root causes, and resolving them in accordance with SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, experience as a field engineer or NOC experience, and excellent customer-facing skills. They will also possess problem-solving abilities, work well in a team, and have fluent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, they will be able to manage their time effectively, meet deadlines, and contribute to support documentation and knowledge base articles.

* Education: IT-related degree or diploma at minimum Juniper JNCIA
* Experience: Field engineer or NOC experience
