About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team at Collins McNicholas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales customer contacts and appointments efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with customers as required.
* Provide courteous and efficient service to customers via phone and in-person at our service reception.
* Adapt a consistently positive approach to foster exceptional levels of customer care and satisfaction.
* Achieve high standards across the dealership and identify opportunities to enhance performance.
* Support marketing and sales campaigns as needed to drive business growth.
* Maintain a high level of customer retention through proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for delivering excellence in customer service.
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a similar industry.
* An enthusiastic and results-driven approach that embodies exceptional customer care principles.
* Proven ability to manage customer accounts effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with strong motivation and excellent written/spoken English communication skills.
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
