This includes implementing and ensuring the success of the Global Buying Experience Program, improving user experience through process and solution excellence, and working closely with global stakeholders across departments like Finance, R&D, Commercial, and IT.LocationBase either in Stockley Park, UK, or Cork, Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesSolutions Excellence: Drive digital and technology initiatives to improve efficiency, transparency, and cost-effectiveness. Implement innovative solutions like AI, machine learning, and automation. Develop and execute a multi-year digital roadmap for Global Procurement, ensuring seamless technology adoption.Technology Integration & Operations: Oversee integration and optimization of procurement systems and digital tools.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strategic relationships with leadership and operational teams, managing programs and projects to meet objectives, and influencing senior management.Project & Change Management: Lead project management and change leadership efforts, including planning, resource management, and communication, ensuring organizational readiness.Process Improvement: Continuously improve performance metrics, processes, and innovations.
