We are looking for a talented IT Project Manager to lead laboratory systems projects for our client. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for driving IT excellence in laboratory environments.
Your Role:
* Oversee laboratory systems projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
* Act as a Program Manager or Release Train Engineer (RTE), managing Agile release processes effectively.
* Develop detailed project roadmaps covering scope, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
* Collaborate with laboratory staff, IT teams, and stakeholders to prioritize features and align deliverables.
* Identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and maintain clear communication with all parties.
* Ensure adherence to industry standards like GLP and GxP while maintaining quality.
* Regularly track progress, generate status updates, and improve transparency.
* Promote continuous improvement by evaluating processes and outcomes.
What You Bring:
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
* Relevant certifications like PMP or RTE (preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in IT project management, especially within laboratory or healthcare IT.
* Strong expertise in Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum.
* Familiarity with lab operations, workflows, and compliance requirements.
* Skilled in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
