We are currently looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Duty Manager
The Role
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Duty Manager will oversee Lunch & Dinner service.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to implement and maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
The F&B Duty Manager will play a crucial role in training and developing the team, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of Lunch & Dinner service in the Bar & Restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Implement and monitor the agreed standards of service and presentation, ensuring consistency across all F&B outlets.
Ensure all food and beverages are served to the highest standard, with particular attention to quality, presentation, and timing.
Lead by example, providing hands-on training and guidance to the F&B team, focusing on service standards, customer interaction, and product knowledge.
Act as the main point of contact for guests during Lunch & Dinner service, ensuring a
welcoming and attentive experience.
Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Ideal Candidate:
Excellent customer service skills and a good ability to interact with customers.
Strong Food & Beverage background.
2 years + experience in a similar position or Supervisory role
Have excellent communication, training and leadership skills to assist in the development of your team members.
Be capable of using your own initiative to assess the business and to ensure the premises is kept up to date with current industry trends.
