Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caretaker/Maintenance Operative to fill this key position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain all areas in accordance with operational and regulatory requirements.
* Supervise cleaning activities, monitoring quality and reporting any issues to the manager.
* Clean areas efficiently to the required standards.
* Use chemicals safely following COSHH guidelines.
* Maintain cleaning stores and equipment in good condition.
* Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting and window cleaning.
* Carry out monthly PPM checks.
* Prepare for events and meetings.
* Move furniture around the site.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a cleaning team.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Experience in a standards/compliance environment.
* Knowledge of COSHH.
