Job Summary
Taking care of the behind-the-scenes operations is a key role in our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, from order fulfillment to inventory management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order fulfillment and manage inventory
- Provide exceptional client service and partner with store leadership on key initiatives
- Act as a manager on duty when necessary
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of prior retail experience in operations
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Organized and detail-oriented with flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
