Overview: Dolan Foods, a prominent supplier to the hospitality, food service, and retail deli sectors, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Serviceassistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, handling orders, addressing inquiries and generally help the company in look after its customer base.
Full training will be provided in the role
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
* Order Processing: Receive and process daily orders from various customers including Hotels, Deli's, Residential Homes, Takeaways, Caterers, etc.
* Phone Support: Engage with customers over the phone, assisting with order placement, product inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Query Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and promoting long-term partnerships.
Marketing and Promotion:
* Customer Education: Provide customers with information on new products, promotions, and offerings to enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a related industry.
* Experience in Food Preparation / hospitality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
