Join Five Star Equipment as a Territory Sales Manager at our Waterford, PA location. We seek a self-motivated, experienced sales professional to develop partnerships with current and potential clients, increasing market share in the territory.
Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Being the primary contact for customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Scheduling calls and visits to current and potential customers.
* Building rapport with customers to maintain satisfaction and ongoing business.
* Demonstrating products, providing technical presentations, and offering consultative assistance based on customer needs.
* Selling machinery, service agreements, and warranties to maximize profitability.
* Managing designated territories and customers to increase market share.
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets for units, revenue, and gross profit.
* Promoting and selling support services such as maintenance contracts and on-site fueling.
* Providing trade-in information when requested.
* Participating in sales meetings and training to stay current with new equipment and programs.
* Using CRM to manage call logs, prospect lists, and mileage.
* Monitoring competitors and communicating insights to management.
* Maintaining professional conduct and a positive attitude in all interactions.
* Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements
* 5-8 years of successful outside sales experience in a competitive environment preferred.
* 3-5 years in industrial, construction, or heavy equipment retail or rental sales preferred.
* Ability to operate and demonstrate heavy equipment features.
* Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Proficiency with software such as CDK, Handle, Motus (CRM), Microsoft Office, and Internet.
* Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and in various environmental conditions.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Clean Motor Vehicle Record required.
