ResponsibilitiesManage Broker panel to drive profitable growth from the digital, broker channel and client segmentsDrive and support strategy and proposition for national and regional brokers in Ireland focusing on Leinster region to drive growth in the SME/middle market/upper corporate client segment aligned to appetite;Ensure Account Planning with assigned broker panels including pipelines/renewals.Ensure the utilization of data/analytics and SalesforceSupport the Head of CBE with the development and execution of best practice across the Broker & Client Engagement community including but not limited to: articulation of our underwriting appetite and differentiating value proposition to the brokers; improved relationships with clients/global brokers as well as expansion of relationship with key broker partners.Ensure close collaboration between Product and distribution team – one face to the customerDrive the improvement of customer/broker experience – harnessing AIG NPS, Broker NPS, and market surveys to create action that enables us to capitalize on strengths and remediate weaknesses.ExperienceUniversity degree in commercial or law, ideally an LL.M focusing on insurance lawBroad based insurance industry experience including exposure to Irish/UK marketStrong business acumen, with a proven track record of making sound judgment backed by strong analytical, quantitative, process and systems skillsKnowledge of Irish market(s) segmentation, portfolio management, acquisition and distributionSeveral years of insurance operational management experienceAbility to influence internally aligned with external relationships and experienceStrategic and result oriented, managing vision and purpose, developing organizational capabilityStrong influencing and communications skills and ability to work across multiple areas of company and industriesTeam orientatedAt AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
