Requirements:
1–2 years' experience in insurance sales or client‑facing roles (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets/KPIs
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Compensation & Work Details:
Average Year 1 Total Compensation: €45,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
5 days in-office (Dublin City Centre)
