A customer-focused Senior HR Director is required to lead all aspects of human resources management for the group businesses.
This role drives a culture ensuring that the HR goals and activities are aligned to the business objectives and needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* To act as a trusted strategic adviser to the business, partnering with leadership teams to improve business performance by delivering key plans and initiatives.
* As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role makes significant contributions to the leadership of the business.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
* A CIPD membership and Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource or Education related field.
* 10 years' experience in HR roles with at least 3 at senior leadership level.
