Financial Operations Specialist

Requirements:

Other Information:
* Fixed-term contract (6 months).
* Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (with early finish at 4:30pm on Fridays).
* Office-based in Cork.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase invoices and supplier reconciliations.
* Manage company vehicle fleet administration.
* Process monthly employee expenses.
* Support project certification tracking and invoicing.
* Reconcile debtor accounts and facilitate timely cash collection.
* Assist with new supplier and subcontractor account setups.
