Bon Secours Health System are delighted to announce opportunities for highly skilled and motivated HR Co-ordinators supporting our Nursing and Medical Divisions to join our Regional HR Team in Cork. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented approach to support the delivery of high-quality HR services across our hospital and region. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll play a key role in onboarding, employee data management, and HR operations-ensuring alignment with our mission, values, and strategic goals. Key responsibilities: Provide efficient administrative support across recruitment, HR records, correspondence, and meetings. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage interview scheduling, candidate documentation, Garda Vetting, and onboarding support. HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files, administer leave requests, and ensure GDPR and policy compliance. Employee Relations & Reporting: Support HR projects, assist with employee relations cases, compile HR metrics, and contribute to SOP development. Training & Systems Support: Coordinate training logistics, drive engagement initiatives, and assist with HR technology rollouts and process improvements. Essential Candidate Criteria: Strong HR generalist experience in a similar role. CIPD Accreditation desirable Relevant experience in a Healthcare Environment desirable. An appropriate third level qualification or relevant work experience. Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team. Strong prioritisation skills with ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment. Self -starter with ability to work on their own initiative. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Proven relationship building capability. Strong attention to detail.
