Location: Waynestown, Summerhill Road
Evergreen Care is seeking to recruit a HR Manager(s) to join their team based in Dunboyne, Co Meath. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful applicant will support and assist in driving the HR agenda, providing insight and guidance to the management team and support a broad remit of HR functions associated with onboarding and employee life-cycle requirements. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-site team and will assist in managing the developing HR Policies & Procedures as well as their implementation and administration. The role will have day to day responsibility for the administration of HR for several Nursing Homes, under the guidance of the Head of HR, as well as providing advice and guidance to Nursing Home Managers (PICs) on all HR related matters as required. Consequently, this role will require that the successful candidate will conduct site visits of these Nursing Homes to support all our employees as they continue to ensure that Evergreen Care Nursing Homes are a Home from Home for our Residents. A clean and full Driving Licence is therefore a requirement for this role. The role will have additional responsibilities as designated by the Head of HR which may extend to overseeing Policy development, Health & Safety, HR Compliance, Training & Employment law matters. The role may require travel on a routine basis to any of Evergreen Care's 12 Nursing homes as necessary. In line with this there will be a requirement to stay up to date with updates in employment law and best practice in policy development in order to provide the highest quality of HR delivery to our managers and employees.
