Monthly Accounts to Trial Balance
* Posting of month end journals
* Accruals & Prepayments
* Assist with year-end process re annual audit with company's auditors
* Budgets, Cash Flows & Reports:
* Annual budget preparation
* Annual cash flow preparation
* Monitor & reporting on variances against budget
Debtors Ledger:
* Credit Control
* Calculations & posting of invoices/credit notes
* Posting receipts
* Customer queries
Creditors Ledger:
* Collating & coding supplier invoices for approval
* Posting approved supplier invoices
* Monthly statement reconciliations
* Preparing monthly payment runs for approval
* Issuing PO numbers within agreed policy
Banking:
* Daily posting of transactions
* Setting up payment runs
* Monthly reconciliations
* Credit Card transactions
General:
* Providing Administrative support when required.
Qualifications/skills:
* Excellent Excel skills
* ATI qualified
* Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to plan, organise and implement tasks
* Commercial focused, results driven
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work within a small team as well as under own initiative
* Strong work ethic and flexibility
* Strong knowledge of IT systems
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years' experience at a similar level
