Our client, a leading organisation within the financial services industry, is seeking a Customer Marketing Lead to join their established marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role will play a key part in shaping high-profile advertising campaigns, driving customer engagement initiatives, and supporting the organisation’s long-term brand strategy.

The Role
As Customer Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute customer-focused campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and drive engagement across key audience groups, including customers, brokers, financial planners, and internal stakeholders.
You will lead on above-the-line (ATL) advertising and sponsorship programmes, collaborate closely with research and data teams to develop insights-driven marketing strategies, and ensure that the customer voice is embedded across all communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage ATL advertising and sponsorship activity aligned with strategic business objectives.
* Communicate the organisation’s value proposition clearly to external audiences and internal teams.
* Champion customer insights and feedback across all marketing initiatives.
* Partner with data analytics teams to gather and analyse customer data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
* Oversee customer and distributor research, maintaining a strong customer insights library.
* Translate brand objectives and insights into compelling campaign.
* Manage relationships with creative agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals.
* Manage marketing budgets, demonstrating return on investment and measurable outcomes.
* Lead the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process and provide strategic recommendations based on feedback.
About You
You will be a strategic and insight-led marketer with experience delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels. You bring strong communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills, along with a proactive and analytical approach.
Requirements
* 3–4 years’ experience in a similar marketing role within financial services.
* Third-level qualification in Marketing or a related discipline; additional advertising qualifications are an advantage.
* Proven experience managing integrated advertising campaigns.
* Strong project leadership skills and experience managing initiatives end-to-end.
* People management experience including coaching, feedback, and performance development.
* Strong research and analytical skills to support data-driven decision making.
* Excellent written communication, creative content development and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Strong stakeholder relationship and agency management experience.
